Returns & Exchanges

Since all fulfillment and returns are handled through Amazon, we follow Amazon’s return policies. If you wish to return or exchange your product:

• Please start the return process through the Amazon orders page using the order number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with Amazon to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
